Cayo Guillermo is served by the same airport of the hotels in Cayo Coco. The airport, named « Jardines del Rey », is located approximately 40 kilometers from the resort area of Cayo Guillermo.

There are currently three hotel chains in Cayo Guillermo: Gran Caribe (one hotel), Melia Hotels International (two hotels) and Iberostar (one hotel). All the hotels of Cayo Guillermo have direct access to the beach called Playa Del Paso with palapas and lounge chairs.

These hotels offer the « all inclusive » packages ie d. meals, drinks, activities, non motorized water sports and other services are included in your travel package. However, gratuities are at your discretion and are not included.

The following hotels offer shared service between the other Melia hotels. To do this, you have to present yourself at the lobby of your hotel to get a bracelet of the hotel you want to visit. Restriction: ONE hotel per day, from 9 am @ 17 pm, excluding the « A la carte » restaurants and the transportation between hotels is at your expense.

These are the only services available between hotels in Cayo Coco and Cayo Guillermo.

In high season (from December 15th to April 30th), the customers are mostly Canadian at the hotels. In low season, it is more diversified, there are Canadians, Britons, Germans, Italians, etc... Hotel guests are identified by a bracelet with different colors depending on the hotel.

Tour operators offer VIP service at the airport. Here is the description of services offered for 20 CUC per adult and 15 CUC for children.
