Photos of Cayo Coco and Cayo Guillermo

Welcome to the index page of our digital files of Cayo Coco.

As we visited Cayo Guillermo and Cayo Coco during the same trip, we integrated these two destinations into one photo album. This way you will be able to see in one site all that these two destinations have to offer.

Our photos are presented in categories and many albums, with the software « Coppermine Photo Gallery » located on our cayocococuba.net web server and hosted by JaguarPC in Texas.

In this way, we can easily integrate new photos without deleting the previous ones. We have photos of the hotels, beaches, excursions, airport, flora and fauna, etc.

All photos in this album were taken with a Canon Powershot SX20IS and a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS2 (compact underwater waterproof camera). Subsequently, these photos were edited with Paint Shop Pro and Adobe Image Styler. All photos in the album are in JPG format file of 600x450 pixels.

We have video in an Adobe Flash (FLV) format and also in Windows Media Video if you do not have the Flash Player software installed in your computer.

Our first digital camera was a Kodak DC210 Plus ($ 800 in 1998). We now pay about half as much for our new cameras. The quality is a lot better than those years, especially the power of the NiMH batteries.

NOTE: Our videos do not have the quality of a true digital camcorder, because we use the video function (640x480 pixels) of the same camera, we take pictures.

These softwares are mandatory to watch our multimedia files corectly.
